The 56-acre project, located in Baltimore's West Side Empowerment Zone, incorporates many "green" features, including: a green roof planted with Alpine vegetation; high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems; a gray water conservation system capturing storm run-off; recycled building materials; insulated glass; energy saving lighting with photocell dimming and occupancy sensors; and energy efficient, high-speed elevators.
